The St Kilda Extension is a carefully and faithfully restored home comprising of a heritage street frontage with an unique and modern exterior extension added.

The St Kilda Extension carefully and faithfully restored home comprising of a heritage street frontage with a unique and modern exterior extension added. The home creates new spaces within the existing envelope of the front of the home before expanding out toward the rear through the new additions comprised of space, windows, and a modern material pallet.
 

Finnis worked closely with interior design firm Huntress Design Studio to create unique interior spaces which work together with architecture and interior design. The result is a home which not only reflects the personality of the owners but is also crafted to the needs and requirements of the family.
